VENUE: Triple Lakes Lodge is a spectacular privately owned venue just north of Grand Rapids, MI. It offers beautiful accommodations with spacious rooms. Nestled in a thousand acres of forest and lakes, this quiet lodge is a perfect place to PAUSE.

Fly into the Grand Rapids, MI (GRR) airport, leaving an hour and a half for the drive to Triple Lakes Lodge. Car rentals are available at the airport. 6pm - Dinner 7pm - Relax, unwind and meet the other attendees – no work tonight	7am - Breakfast 8am - King David’s PAUSE 9am - Listening To Last Year 10am - Lessons of Last Year Noon - Lunch 1pm - Leadership Development THE TWO WORKS OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT • Assessing your CONTRIBUTION …VOCATIONAL ALIGNMENT AND WHAT YOU DO BEST • Assessing your CHARACTER …SIX PHASES OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND HOW GOD GROWS YOUR CHARACTER 5pm - Dinner 6pm - Applying PAUSE 7pm - Future Plans and Goals 8pm - Closing 9pm - Relax	8am - Breakfast 9am - Leave for airport 9-11am - Optional PAUSE Facilitator Training. PRE-WORK: To maximize the time at Triple Lakes Lodge there will be some pre-work emailed to you after you register. Please bring this pre-work along with your last year’s personal/work calendar and, if you keep one, your personal journal to the PAUSE experience.

GROUP SIZE: PAUSE is limited to five participants and is personally facilitated by Dan Webster. The limited size allows for personal attention, coaching and meaningful sharing.

COST: $650 includes two nights lodging at beautiful Triple Lakes Lodge, all meals, a PAUSE notebook and the personal leadership of Dan Webster with a group of only five.
