Becoming a certified PAUSE facilitator –
Once you’ve experienced PAUSE, you will
be excited about the potential of creating a day like this for
others in your church, school or organization. To do this, you
will want to get trained in the process and pursue certification
as a PAUSE facilitator.
Dan Webster personally trains each PAUSE facilitator.
The training takes place in a two and a half hour session following
the morning of your PAUSE experience
in Michigan.
The steps to PAUSE facilitation are simple:
1- Personally participate in a PAUSE experience.
2- Add the PAUSE Facilitator
Training to your
PAUSE registration.
3- Complete the facilitator training the morning
following your PAUSE experience.
4- Personally
affirm the PAUSE Facilitators Agreement.
PAUSE Facilitators Agreement
As a PAUSE facilitator I affirm the need to
live an authentic life before God and others. I will take the role
of facilitator seriously and commit to follow the pre-PAUSE preparation
process before leading a PAUSE experience. I promise to use the
PAUSE workbooks as provided by Authentic Leadership, Inc. in each
experience I lead. I will consistently model what it means to PAUSE through out my year. I will handle all financial dealing with people,
churches and organiztions with the highest integrity. I will share
my learnings with other PAUSE facilitators.
Cost and Financial
Commitment
The fee for PAUSE facilitator
training is $500. This is in addition to the $650 for the PAUSE experience.
As mentioned above the training takes place the morning following
your PAUSE experience before you leave
Michigan. It is from 9-11:30am. Once certified, you are free to
use the process in your church, school or organization...or even
host your own PAUSE experience.
If you facilitate a PAUSE experience
within your church, school or organization and there is no registration
fee involved, your only financial commitment is to purchase the
PAUSE Notebooks from Authentic
Leadership, Inc. for $50 each. If
you charge for facilitating a PAUSE experience,
in addition you will be responsible to share with WATERLINE
LLC. 10%
of the gross revenue generated by the event. Click
